The Interop Tokyo 2007 official website (http://archive.interop.jp/2007/, hereinafter called “the Site”) is operated by CMP Technology Japan Co., Ltd. Before using the site, it is necessary that you read and agree with the following terms of use.

The Management Office (CMP Technology Japan Co., Ltd.) pays particular attention to protecting the personal information of customers (hereinafter called “users”) on the Site. Click here for a description of our policy on the protection of personal information on the Site.
3． ID and Password Management
When user IDs are registered at the time of exhibition pre-registration, users will be responsible for the management of those IDs and passwords. The users in possession of said IDs shall be responsible for actions involving the use of IDs and passwords. Also please note that we accept no liability whatsoever for any damages arising from the leakage of IDs and passwords, or for unauthorized use.
4． Handling of Links
To link to the Site, please contact us at the following address by email or in writing. Specify your name, place of contact, and the website URL to be linked. Requests for links may not be accepted, depending on the content of the website or link methods.

5． Transactions with Advertisers
Users and advertisers are responsible for any transactions with advertisers who advertise on the Site (including participation in promotional activities such as prize competitions). In other words, as the parties involved, users and advertisers are responsible for all such activities, including payments for merchandise, decisions on the terms of contracts, warranties, and responsibility for security. CMP Technology Japan Co. Ltd. accepts no liability whatsoever for any damages arising from transactions made through advertisements posted during the services, or damages arising from the actual posting of advertisements.
6． Limit on Compensation for Damages Payable by CMP Technology Japan Co., Ltd.
CMP Technology Japan Co., Ltd. will not be liable for compensation for any damages caused by or related to:
(1) Users using the services, or being unable to use them;
(2) Unauthorized access to or alteration of data sent (submitted) by users;
(3) Remarks, sending (submission), or actions by a third party during the services;
(4) Other service-related matters.
7． Copyright
Designs, photos, music, text, images, videos and other items included in the information, services, and products provided on the Site are the property of the Company, supporting companies or Interop Tokyo 2007 corporate exhibitors, or other parties who have legal rights. It is prohibited to use or reproduce any content on the Site without permission. Also, it is not permissible to use, reprint, reproduce, distribute or alter information, images, and other items outside the scope of personal use allowed under Copyright Law.
8． Revision of these Terms of Use
CMP Technology Japan Co., Ltd. may revise these Terms of Use at its discretion. If these Terms of Use are revised, users shall comply with the revised Terms of Use thereafter.
9． Governing Law and Competent Court Agreed
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The exclusive competent course for first trial shall be the Tokyo District Court.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms of Use shall be effective as of May 15, 2007.
