At the Event, visitor entry will be managed by a barcode system that used on badges given to visitors. When the barcode on the badge is read at an exhibition booth, the registered personal information it contains will be provided to the exhibitor. The exhibitor will then be responsible for managing the personal information and may subsequently provide information, for example on products, services, seminars. Please note that the reading of barcodes shall constitute an exchange of personal information between customer and exhibitor in the same way that supplying a business card would.

The site uses SSL to ensure that privacy is protected. To ensure security, personal information sent by customers is encrypted, meaning that it cannot be seen by third parties. Depending on your browser version, SSL-related errors may display, particularly if you are using an older browser version.
